Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) to provide high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical and cardiac conditions. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall condition.
  • Monitor patients for changes in cardiac status and promptly report abnormalities.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as ordered.
  • Interpret and monitor telemetry readings and recognize potential arrhythmias.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience ( Required ) Charting: EPIC experience required Must have an OR license to submit. Must have BLS (AHA)
