Job Title - Registered Nurse
Unit - Med/Surg Cardiac
Duration - 13 Weeks with possibility of extension
Shift - Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30), Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Location - Seattle, WA 98195
Position Summary:
The Med Surg/Telemetry RN provides direct patient care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, including patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The RN is responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize abnormal findings.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments safely.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years
- Certifications: BLS AHA, ACLS AHA, RN License
