Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Duration: 13 weeks (can also accommodate extended contracts (21–26 weeks) if any candidates are interested)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent hospital experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting. The RN will provide safe, high-quality patient care, monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Candidates should be adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, oxygen levels, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Skills:
- Strong Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing skills.
- Cardiac rhythm monitoring and interpretation.
- Medication administration and IV therapy.
- Patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and critical thinking.
