Job description
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Burlington, North Carolina.
Job Description & Requirements

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of MS/Telemetry nursing experience
Strong experience in cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical patient care
Responsibilities
Provide direct care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments as per hospital protocols
Document patient care accurately in EPIC system
Float to different Cone Health campuses as needed for patient care
Required Certifications & Licensure
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)
