Aptiva Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lufkin, Texas.
Job Description & Requirements

** Facility is offering 36hrs/wk or 36/48 hrs/bi wkly **
- # Beds: 25
- Ratios 5-6:1
- EMR: EPIC
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients chf, diabetes, PNA, CKD, m/s tele
- Shifts & Scheduling 12-hour shifts scheduling is by manager; block scheduling cannot be accommodated. Travelers will be schedule based on needs of the facility
- Weekend Requirement every other weekend required
- Holiday Requirement holidays are required
- Call or Standby Requirement No
- Floating Requirements will float to all med/surg units, possibly to PCU to care for Tele holds prior to transfer
- Scrub Color/Dress Code Navy blue
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience or 'Must have' skills 18+ Months of recent Med/Tele exp.
2. Active RN License required.
3. BLS - AHA required.
