Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) employment opportunity in a healthcare organization. The role involves providing patient care primarily within a Medical Surgical unit with telemetry capabilities, with potential to float to intensive care units or other surgical units as needed. The position requires flexibility to accommodate variable patient types and census fluctuations.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; BLS certification; 1 year of experience in medical surgical nursing with telemetry; flexibility to handle a variety of gynecological and surgical patients
- Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of experience in medical surgical nursing
- Additional Information: The RN will work in a unit with 6 beds, mainly managing GYN cases with occasional bariatric or ENT post-operative patients; able to adjust to changing patient needs and clinical assignments; must be adaptable to the demands of a dynamic patient care environment.
