This position involves providing essential nursing care for patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment within the ED holding unit. Nurses will monitor medical-surgical patients and adapt to various care needs, floating to different areas as necessary. A collaborative team approach ensures patients receive the best possible care while maintaining flexibility in shift schedules.
