Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse in Ukiah. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to patients in a medical surgical unit with telemetry monitoring, adhering to established standards of care and utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment. The position also includes supervising nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing patient education and discharge planning.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, with weekend rotation.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
