Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Weirton, West Virginia.
Job Description & Requirements

Beds: 48 - Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:5-7 on days, 1:6-8 on nights
Required certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?): "BLS, RN License
Common diagnoses/Types of patients Pneumonia, UTI, AMS, GI bleed, Alcohol w/d, falls/weakness - Experience or 'Must have' skills: "Must have 1 year of experience - Will accept first time travelers " - Are RNs required to titrate drips?: "yes with exceptions - No cardiac drip titration" - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: heparin, bumex, lasix - Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift?
PCTs on unit.
