Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Shawano, Wisconsin.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Previous Travel strongly preferred - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles from ThedaCare Corporate - Neenah, WI campus*
  Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 Hours
  Shift Requirements: 12hr days - EVERY WEEKEND
  *any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
  Weekend Rotation: Every Weekend (Friday - Sunday)
  Holiday Rotation: Holiday rotation
  Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius
  Certifications: WI RN or Compact License, AHA BLS & AHA ACLS
  Minimum 2+ years M/S experience & Critical Access Experience REQUIRED. Previous travel experience strongly preferred.
  HARD STOP: Titratable drips - MUST have experience
  Charting: EPIC charting experience preferred within the last year

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 20 bed critical access unit with IMU patients.
Ratio for Nights: 1:5-6
Very busy - every 1 of 3 is IMU
A lot of detox, stroke rule outs, respiratory cases. Not a lot of post surgical (mostly pain control)
Primary Case Types: All age groups

Billing: Sunday - Saturday
8hr unbillable orientation
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate
HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: Holiday rotation
SHIFT NOTES: 12hr Days (Every Weekend)
