Pay & Schedule
- Rate: $92/hr (approx. $2,290/week)
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 3x12 Day Shift
- On Call: No
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
Pay Differentials
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier, 2-hr minimum
- On Call Pay: $9/hr
- Charge/Precept Pay: $6/hr
- Billable OT: 36–40 hrs/week; OT billable after 40 or 48 hrs/week (after 48)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Med Surg, Post-Op, or Stepdown experience
- Surgical / post-op surgical experience
- Comfortable with 5–7 patient ratio
- BLS (AHA) certification
- State license: Iowa or Illinois
- At least 1 year gap since last employment at the health system
- Taxable address outside 50 miles of facility
