• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000-$2,100
• Start Date: September 6, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Call Requirements: 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend every 4-5 weeks
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• EMR: EPIC
• Equipment: Storz, Conmed, Steris, and Medivator

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operating room, surgical care, or surgical technology setting
• Certification in Surgical Technology required
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to support a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, GYN, urology, ortho, podiatry, and cataracts
• Comfortable with call coverage and a weekend rotation
• Dependable, adaptable, and committed to exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for a wide range of surgical procedures
• Maintain readiness of instruments, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after cases
• Support surgeons and the perioperative team throughout procedures
• Assist with room turnover and help maintain efficient workflow in the surgical department
• Follow sterile technique, infection control, and safety standards at all times
• Float as needed to support unit operations and surgical services
