Travel Med/Surg RN – Quick Highlights Unit: 4EC Med/Surg – 32 beds Telemetry: Remote, monitored 24/7 when ordered Patients: COPD, cellulitis, GI bleed, CHF, alcohol intoxication, stroke/TIA, BiPAP and general medical patients Drips: Heparin; no cardiac drips Local Rule: Not accepted within 50 miles 50–100 miles: Bill rate reduced by $10
