Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult medical/surgical patients
• Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and communicate changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
