Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled RN specializing in MedSurg/Telemetry to join our team in an inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of patient diagnoses, including post-surgical and cardiac cases. This role requires strong assessment and time management skills.
Assignment Details

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring in MedSurg/Telemetry units
- Assess patient conditions and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Administer medications including insulin, heparin, and cardiac drips
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and medication management
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Required:
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry
- Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms
- Experience with insulin and heparin drips
Preferred:
- ACLS certification
- Certification in MedSurg
