🏥 Travel RN – Med/Surg 📍 Evansville, IN ⏰ 36 hrs/week | 3×12s 🌞 Days: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM 📅 13 or 20-week contract 🚫 No locals – 40-mile radius rule 📅 Start: 9/8/2026 Requirements: 2+ years strong Med/Surg experience 1 previous travel assignment Level II Trauma experience Recent EPIC experience Active Compact RN license AHA BLS & NIHSS Strong assessment & critical-thinking skills Unit: 41 beds | Ratio 1:4–5 🩺 Patient population: Post-surgical, UTI, sepsis, COPD, CHF & high-risk fall patients. Skills: Remote telemetry, chest tubes, NG/PEG tubes, Foley/straight cath, ostomies, heparin drips, blood products, tracheostomy care & PCA management. 🔄 Floating: First to float within skillset. May float to nearby campuses. 📆 Weekends: 3 weekends every 6 weeks 🎉 Holidays: Every other holiday ⚠️ 3 call-ins may result in termination. 🔥 Great opportunity for a strong Med/Surg traveler looking for a guaranteed 36-hour day-shift contract!
