Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active RN license eligible for work in Tennessee
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Meditech experience required
• Strong professionalism and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to float needs as assigned
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting
• Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and respond to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
