RN - MedSurg/Tele | Travel | Winston-Salem, NC
Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled RN with experience in MedSurg/Tele to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Med/Tele experience and be comfortable managing a variety of medical and surgical cases, including respiratory and cardiac patients. This position is well-suited for those with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic care setting.
Assignment Details

- Patient Ratio: RN: 1:5
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $1890 (negotiable)
- Charting System: Epic
Responsibilities
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage intravenous medications such as Cardizem, Nitro, and Amio
- Provide care for surgical drains and complex wound care
- Collaborate with CNAs, charge nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Float to various units including Rehab and MedSurg Overflow as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year Med/Tele experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation, wound care, and use of PCA pumps
Preferred:
- Previous travel experience
