Job Details:
- Location: Meeker, Colorado
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- Patient Ratio: 1 to 5
- Certifications: BLS, Colorado RN license (current and unrestricted)
- Additional Requirements: No holiday requests off; must work holidays.
- Housing: Possibility of sharing a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. Review the facility group document for housing details. Housing will only be available the day before the scheduled start date. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed; housing rent may be paid.
- COVID-19 Vaccinations: Required per state mandate
- Radius Rule: Candidate's permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility. Local travelers will not be considered.
