Description
As a Labor and Delivery RN at our rural community hospital, you will provide essential care for mothers and newborns during labor and postpartum periods. You’ll manage couplet care for 45-50 deliveries a month, working 72-80 hours every two weeks. Your role may include charge nurse duties and occasional floating to other departments, ensuring a dynamic and supportive care environment.
