Travel Mother-Baby/Postpartum RN – Nights | 36 Hrs/Week | 137-Week Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mother-Baby/Postpartum RN to provide comprehensive care to postpartum mothers, newborns, and low-risk antepartum patients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently caring for 3–4 couplets, performing maternal and newborn assessments, providing breastfeeding support, and completing discharge education.
Schedule:
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Contract Details:
• Contract Length: 20 Weeks
• First-Time Travelers Accepted
Required Experience:
• Minimum 1 Year Mother-Baby/Postpartum Experience
• Minimum 2 Years Total RN Experience
• Experience caring for postpartum and low-risk antepartum patients
• Ability to independently care for 3–4 couplets
• Strong maternal and newborn assessment skills
• Experience performing fundal checks
• Discharge teaching experience
• Breastfeeding support experience
Required Certifications:
• BLS
• NRP
• EFM – Preferred
