Job Overview
- Position: RN Nurse Lead
- Provides unit-based nursing leadership in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff
- Supervises and directs nursing and ancillary personnel
- Uses professional judgment and independent decision-making to ensure effective unit operations
- Ensures patients receive safe, cost-effective, high-quality nursing care
- Focuses on positive patient outcomes and high patient satisfaction
- Assesses patient experience and implements improvements when needed
Required Experience
- RN leadership/charge experience preferred
- Experience supervising or directing nursing staff
- Experience collaborating with physicians, Nurse Managers, Directors, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Experience with quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Ability to oversee nursing and ancillary personnel
Required License & Certifications
- Active RN License – REQUIRED
