Long Term Care (LTC) Nursing, working in a post-acute care setting in a community environment, with a focus on providing quality patient care during night shifts. This role involves managing a diverse patient population with various diagnoses, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
Job Details:
- Location: Community care setting
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours (6:00 PM 6:30 AM)
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- End Date: 11/30/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; BLS certification; minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed nurse
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care or post-acute care settings
- Certifications: BLS required
- Common diagnoses / types of patients: All diagnoses
- Notes entered: 4.18.25
- Cancellation Policy: Two weeks' notice required
- Charting System: Point Click Care (PCC)
- Shift notes: 1800-0630, every other weekend and holiday
