Job Details
- Location: Medford, Wisconsin
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care (LTC)
- Shift Schedule: Evenings, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
- Schedule: 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- Certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Required Qualifications: Associate Degree or Certificate, 2+ years of previous experience in skilled nursing long-term care setting, strong medication administration skills, experience with two units (short-term residents and long-term residents), ability to float to various units, and proficient charting skills (ECS not required but will be trained).
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Additional Information:
- Willingness to float to short term, long term, and CBRF units
- May be scheduled for on-call hours that will count toward low census unbillable hours with a minimum of 2 hours for callback
- Must adhere to infection control policies during flu season, including mandatory masking if declined vaccination
- Scrubs should be clean and work-appropriate
- Contract duration is 13 weeks with potential for part-time low census hours and on-call duties
