Facility: Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility
Location: Plymouth, Wisconsin
Setting: Nursing Home / Long-Term Care
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule:

• 8-hour Evening Shift
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
• Orientation: Monday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess and monitor residents' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and the healthcare team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in residents' conditions.
• Ensure quality care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
