Facility: Rennes Health & Rehab Center – Appleton
Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
Setting: Nursing Home / Long-Term Care
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule:

• 8-hour Evening Shift
• 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 32/40-hour rotation
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
• Orientation: 8/11 at 9:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess and monitor residents' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and the healthcare team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents' conditions.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and quality-of-care standards.
