Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care RN to provide professional nursing care in a patient-centered environment.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of Long Term care experience
Current, unrestricted Colorado RN license required
Current BLS required
COVID vaccination required per state mandate
Patient ratio: 1:5
Must be willing to work holidays — NO holiday time-off requests
Must be flexible and able to meet assignment requirements
