Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting. The RN will provide and supervise daily nursing care while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care and administer medications/treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
- Supervise daily nursing activities and nursing staff.
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Follow all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- SNF/LTC experience preferred.
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
