Nebraska City, NE

- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Positions: 1
- Pay: $1,246/week
- Local Pay: $50/hr
- Requirements: Nebraska State Certification
- Behavioral Health experience: Nice to have
Position: MDS/IP RN
- MDS: Minimum Data Set Coordinator responsible for resident assessments, documentation, and care planning
- IP: Infection Preventionist responsible for infection control, surveillance, prevention, and regulatory compliance
- On-call: Must participate in on-call coverage outside regular working hours
Ideal candidate: RN with LTC/SNF experience who can manage both MDS responsibilities and infection prevention duties.
