Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Highly desired: Minimum Two (2) Years Bedside Clinical Experience
• Critical care experience required
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented LTAC care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care
• Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time
• Participate in weekly care conferences and communicate changes in patient status promptly
• Support rehabilitation goals, discharge planning, and patient/family education from admission through discharge
• Delegate and supervise ancillary nursing personnel appropriately
• Promote patient, staff, and environmental safety at all times
• Contribute positively to team culture, unit workflow, and a collaborative care environment
