Obstetrics / Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift
- Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Flexibility required to cover other shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Charge RN Requirement: May be required to cover as Charge Nurse on occasion following unit charge orientation/training.
- Floating Protocol: Occasionally expected to float to other departments where qualified (taking a full patient load if competent, or task-oriented support such as answering call lights/phones).
Assignment Duration: 16-Week Contract (08/31/2026 start date) | Open Position (Max 6 Submissions)
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 5+ years of recent, combined experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn care in an acute healthcare environment.
- EMR Proficiency: Documentation experience in RPMS EMR.
- Licensure Requirements: Active Arizona State RN License or active eNLC Multistate Compact RN License (must be currently active at submission).
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Active AHA ACLS OR ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics) certification.
- Active AAP NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- Active AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) credential (RNC-EFM certification accepted as a substitute).
- Active S.T.A.B.L.E. certification (listed under requirements/certifications).
