Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 06:45 – 19:15 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
    • Scheduling & Block Policy: No self-scheduling permitted; block scheduling allowed.
  • Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Every third weekend (noted every other weekend in unit details) | Every other holiday coverage required.
  • On-Call Protocol: On-call/standby required depending on unit staffing needs. Call Rate: $7.00/hr.
  • Floating Protocol [HARDSTOP]: Floating required to Med-Surg and ER (or wherever needed within skillset/scope); permanent staff is usually first to float.
  • Cancellation Policy: Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
  • Radius & Employment Policy [HARDSTOP]: Permanent address must be >50 miles from facility.
  • Orientation: 12 Orientation Hours (3x12-hour shifts).
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract (09/21/202612/20/2026) | 1 Open Position

     

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of clinical LDRP / L&D RN experience. Previous travel nursing experience required.
  • Clinical Skill Mandates [HARDSTOP]: Must be proficient in reading and interpreting fetal strips independently (TraceVue EFM), managing titratable OB IV drips, and floating to Med-Surg/ER as needed.
  • Licensure Requirements: Active North Dakota State RN License or active eNLC Multistate Compact RN License in-hand to submit.
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Preferred Certifications: Active AHA ACLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E.
  • Dress Code: Maroon scrubs required (facility-provided surgical scrubs are donned upon arrival on the unit).
