What the Facility Wants (Requirements & Expectations)
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of LDR experience required. No new graduates accepted.
- License & Certifications: Active Minnesota RN license, AHA BLS, NRP, and EFM (basic + intermediate, basic + advanced, or intermediate + advanced) required.
Clinical & Unit Overview
- Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float within LDR.
- Scheduling Policies: Weekend and holiday requirements as needed; no on-call requirements.
- RTO Policy: Maximum of 7 days of RTO allowed.
