A Recruiter Who Works For You My name is Sean, and I’m a U.S.-based travel nurse recruiter here in Denver, Colorado. I’ve been recruiting nurses for 10+ years, and one thing I’ve always believed in is that communication, transparency, and honesty are what make a great recruiter-nurse relationship. One thing I want nurses to know about Vivian: when you apply to jobs, you may be giving recruiters consent to submit you—even if you never actually speak with them. That’s not how I work. I will never submit one of my nurses without written or verbal consent. If you apply to one of my jobs, I want to make sure you know: • Where you are being submitted • The pay breakdown • The complete job details • What the facility is like, when I have previous experience or knowledge of it • What to expect during the interview process My job isn’t just to submit you and hope for the best. My job is to work for you, make sure you’re prepared, and help you land the right assignment. I’ll always give you the good, the bad, and the ugly about a job when I know it. I’d rather be upfront with you than tell you what you want to hear just to get a submission. If you’re looking for a recruiter who values communication, transparency, honesty, and actually picking up the phone, I’d love the opportunity to work with you. Feel free to apply to any of my jobs and send me a message. If you have questions about a position or don’t have a complete profile yet, just reach out. I’m happy to help. Also, if you have specific states or areas you’re targeting, let me know. I recruit nationwide and can help you find opportunities that fit what you’re looking for. My One goal: Get my nurses the right job.
