Position Summary Level III high-risk facility seeking an L&D Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include floating to the High-Risk Obstetric Unit (HROB)—which includes 16 rooms caring for early inductions, antepartum, and continuous monitoring patients—as well as floating among five designated system hospitals (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL) based on staffing needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2.5 years of recent specialty experience required (within the last 12 months)
- Active New Jersey nursing license and Nursys verification (dated within 2 weeks) required at submission
- Required Certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS (must not expire within 30 days of start), and NRP
- Compliance & Submission Rules: Mandatory pass of the dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of signing (max 2 attempts on a PC, no iOS devices); RTO must be submitted upfront with no RTO during the first week; block scheduling is not permitted; interview availability for 3–5 days must be included
