Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery
Experience: 2+ years of RN experience
Shift: Day — 3×12-hour shifts, 07:00–19:00
Charting System: Cerner preferred
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor & Delivery team. The RN will rotate through multiple areas of maternal and newborn care and must be comfortable providing care throughout the labor and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulating, and newborn transition assignments.
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring patients and their newborns.
- Circulate and transition babies, in addition to managing labor patients.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience, preferably in Labor & Delivery.
- NIHSS certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- NRP certification required.
- Must be able to independently function in triage, antepartum, labor, circulating, and newborn transition.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
