As a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, you will collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care. Your role includes assessing patients across various age groups, directing support staff, and ensuring continuity of care through effective communication. Critical thinking and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
