Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the maternal and newborn care continuum.
- Maintain professional nursing standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Floating & Low Census
- Floating: Not specified.
- Low Census: Travelers may occasionally be placed on call during periods of low census.
- Call Response Time: Must be able to arrive at the facility within 1 hour if called in.
Additional Notes
- Recent Epic EMR experience is required.
- Travelers are not part of the routine call rotation but must be available if placed on low-census call.
