Job Summary
Infusion Nurse - Outpatient Infusion Therapy - Location unspecified. This position involves providing infusion services, including chemotherapy, in outpatient settings such as infusion centers, hospitals, or medical facilities. The role requires adherence to clinical protocols and collaborative patient care practices, supporting therapeutic treatment plans.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 24 months of current infusion experience, active Iowa state license or multi-state license, BLS certification from the American Heart Association or ARC, experience with EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Preferred Qualifications: Chemotherapy infusion experience, experience in outpatient, hospital, or medical center settings.
- Additional Information:
- Physician or clinician applicants will be contacted by a 405 area code for clinical screening.
- Orientation scheduled for 09/14/2026 and 09/28/2026.
- Chemotherapy experience is required; first-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of infusion experience.
- Work history must include at least 24 months of recent infusion experience, with skills checklist specific to infusion nursing.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Certification in BLS and active American Heart Association or ARC CPR required.
- No on-call duties; no weekend requirements.
