Job Details
- Position: Ambulatory Oncology Infusion RN
- Location: Baltimore, Maryland
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active RN license; at least 2 years of RN experience; BLS certification; chemo, biological, and immunotherapy provider card; oncology infusion experience; proficiency in peripheral intravenous insertion; peripheral blood drawing skills; ability to access, maintain, and de-access central lines; strong assessment skills; experience with Epic/Beacon software; very experienced in IV insertions; previous oncology infusion experience; ambulatory care experience preferred; travel experience preferred; some emergency room experience preferred; ONS/OCC chemotherapy card; must have worked previously within any Johns Hopkins facility in any capacity; prior travel experience preferred
- Additional Information: Must have experience as an oncology nurse with competence in chemo administration and peripheral IV skills. The role requires rapid assessment and intervention in an emergency-prone environment. The infusion center offers a patient-focused, supportive setting.
