MANDATES:

• Active MA RN License required at time of submission
• BLS – AHA required
• ACLS – AHA required
• EPIC experience required
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience in a similar setting
• ICU ratios: 1:2–3
• No local candidates – must live more than 50 miles from the facility
