👩⚕️ Position: Travel RN – Adult ICU
📍 Location: Baltimore City, Maryland
🌙 Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
📅 Schedule: 3×12s
📆 Contract: 13 weeks

🩺 Core Responsibilities
• Continuous assessment and monitoring of critically ill patients
• Ventilator and life-support management
• Medication, fluid & treatment administration
• Assist with invasive procedures
• Central lines, arterial blood draws & intubation support
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• CRRT management
• Detailed ICU documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, RT and multidisciplinary teams
• Patient/family education and emotional support
📋 Required Credentials & Experience
✅ Registered Nurse – Compact License
✅ BLS
✅ ACLS
✅ CRRT Experience – Required
✅ Strong Adult ICU / Critical Care experience
✅ Ventilator management experience
✅ Comfortable caring for high-acuity patients
✅ Willingness to precept
