• Schedule Notes: Weekend rotation every other weekend; 2 holidays required if working through winter holidays

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar critical care setting
• BLS certification from AHA
• ACLS certification from AHA
• EPIC experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Comfortable floating between ICU and IMCU as needed
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
• Document care accurately in EPIC
• Support care delivery in both ICU and IMCU settings when assigned
• Maintain safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care during night shifts
