Compensation
Blended Pay Rate: $71/hr
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,556/week, including stipend
Weekly Stipend: $1,414/week
Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,142/week
Taxable (W2) Rate: $31.70/hr
Non-Taxable Stipend: $39.20/hr
Overtime available after 40 hours
Schedule
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift: Nights
Scheduled Hours: 36 hours/week
Shifts: 3 shifts/week
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU for a 13-week travel assignment at SUNY Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and the ability to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.
The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing nursing care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs and patient status, responding to changes in condition, and collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous ICU/Critical Care nursing experience
BLS certification – Required
ACLS certification – Required
Strong critical thinking and critical care nursing skills
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
Intuites Healthcare Staffing Job ID #4646. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
