- Patient Population: Strong cardiac focus with occasional MICU overflow

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience
- Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record preferred
- CCRN certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity ICU environment
Responsibilities
- Provide expert bedside nursing care to ICU patients with complex cardiac and critical care needs
- Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to rhythm changes, alarms, and clinical status updates
- Deliver safe, high-quality care in a unit with both ICU and occasional MICU overflow patients
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate assessments, documentation, and timely communication of changes in patient condition
- Adapt to a dynamic critical care setting while upholding excellent patient safety standards
