Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position in a local healthcare setting. This role involves delivering holistic and individualized critical care to adult patients in an acute setting. The nurse will be responsible for assessments, coordination of care, patient education, and effective communication with the healthcare team, adhering to established policies and industry standards.
Job Details:
- Location: In a healthcare facility within the designated region.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 days of hire, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 180 days of hire, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 90 days.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The assignment begins on 09/15/2026 and concludes on 12/15/2026. Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent ICU experience, hold all required certifications, and be able to fulfill the weekend and holiday coverage as specified. Compliance with onboarding, work history verification, and timely submission of documents is mandatory.
