Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This role involves providing specialized critical care to a diverse patient population with a focus on surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, multiple organ failure, and sepsis cases. The position caters to experienced healthcare professionals proficient in advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilated patient management.
Job Details:
- Shift: Rotating shifts, 12-hour hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Education requirements include relevant nursing degree, with at least 2 years of experience in critical care. Valid license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of New Hampshire is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ICP monitoring, ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, and waveform interpretation, along with proficiency in advanced hemodynamic techniques and post-surgical line maintenance.
- Additional Information: The ICU unit houses 18 beds, caring for surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, and sepsis patients. A strong background in advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and vasoactive medications is desired. Candidates must be available for an upcoming start date of 08/31/2026.
