• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2020-$2130

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Float Requirement: Will float between regional campuses and may float to additional campus locations as needed

• Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current ICU and MST experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIH certification
• Flu vaccination required
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient care environments
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

ICU Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and related critical care settings
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition with accuracy and urgency
• Float to assigned campuses and units based on patient care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective, and compassionate care
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Cerner
• Support continuity of care during night shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, safety standards, and nursing best practices
