Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Loma Linda, CA. This position is with a shared services organization supporting supplemental staffing needs. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and clinical proficiency. The role involves assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation, and delegation, all executed with a focus on compassionate support and professionalism.
Job Details:
- Location: Loma Linda, CA
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, degree in nursing, one year of relevant experience in ICU or similar environment, employment eligibility in California, and current certifications as required for ICU nursing
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a similar fast-paced ICU setting and proficiency in clinical documentation and patient care technologies
- Float: Float rotation may be required, but current assignment does not include float responsibilities
- Additional Information: The RN will be working with a flexible integrated team towards providing comprehensive care to ICU patients, following established professional practice models, and collaborating with unlicensed staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
