- Number of Beds – 18 (Under construction and operating with 14)
- Number of Staff – 31
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 2 CNC, 2 Relief CNC rest RNs, 1 PCT
- Night Shift - 2 CNC, rest RNs
- Patient Ratios – 1:2 typically, 1;3 with downgrades, and occasional 1:1
- Type of equipment - Philips monitor, Kangaroo Pump, Hill rom, bed
- EMR - Cerner
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Experience with vents, pressors and multiple drips, end of life
- CRRT PrismaFlex and lots of sepsis
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- CVI experience,
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Bronch, EGD, TEE, Central/Aline placement and chest tubes
Best personality Fit:
- Positive personality, Team Player
- Will float to step down when census is low
